About

I deliver critical software — and I build my own.

I'm Marcos Estévez Navarro, a Delivery & Project Manager based in Vigo (Pontevedra, Spain). 6+ years in software, 4 of them managing delivery.

For 3 years I led the delivery of a critical software product for BMW Group, within a 100-150 engineer program with 3 suppliers: the main client contact, owning scope, timeline, quality and budget, with daily integration and a release at every milestone.

And I build my own products end to end: I design them, develop them and ship them to production. Running complex delivery and building real software is what I bring to every project.
